Help Desk

As our customer base grows, the demands on our support team grows.  We are now implementing a help desk using zendesks platform and should be launching this feature soon.  We have played around and tested several different platforms and came to this decision primarily because ZenDesk rocks! … It really is a great platform and provides everything we need to integrate our growing international support team (promise, i’m not being payed by these guys :P ).  Its currently being customized to do exactly what we want and will be up and running shortly.

  

I plan on giving you a look at all the tools we use internally to help keep gBlast running smoothly so keep your eyes peeled for that post.  I know I have mentioned it before, but it is coming I promise. In the mean time, I will link you to campaign monitors post on a similar subject, its a great insight into a great company.
